The room offered a lovely view, and the reasonable pricing was a definite plus. However, the food selection left much to be desired. breakfast options felt monotonous. Staff friendliness was a highlight, but some, particularly in food and beverage, need more training. Additionally, the transport schedule to the beach could be more accommodating for guests.

Had a lovely view and the beachfront restaurant was fantastic, with friendly staff and awesome live shows for a chill vibe. Perfect for a family getaway!

I had to clean up a bit myself, and the air conditioning required a good amount of time to actually start cooling. WiFi service remained inconsistent, and when I needed help, responses from the reception were slower than my ship in a hyperspace lane. If you lose your room key, be ready to shed 500 TBH, which feels a bit ridiculous. Just a heads up that the facilities carry a very solid three-star vibe, so temper your expectations accordingly.

The staff were friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful at times. I called for housekeeping to address the unpleasant odor in the room, and it took too long for them to respond. Breakfast options were quite limited, and I had an issue with my Carbonara order. They served it with turkey despite my request to omit any meat. The location was quite far from the center, and most places closed early. I struggled to find nearby dining options after 9 PM, which made things inconvenient. Overall, while the view was amazing, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service were significant drawbacks.
